The Dawnay Arms is situated on the main street in a quiet and friendly village of Shipton by Benningbrough, on the A19 nr York.

There is limited parking at the front and a large car park to the rear, accessed via Station Lane.

For those lovely summer days there is a rear courtyard area adorned with flowers, with benches for al fresco eating or simply enjoying a cooling drink ! This area also houses a smoking shelter - designed and built by the locals !
